I am new to Blogs

“I have always enjoyed teaching, what I have learned, the hard way, so others may make a easier and better way.  I have presented about 20 papers and lessons to lawyers in Alabama and also in Florida, as well asked to present an outstanding Continuing Legal Education paper at the ABA Annual Convention, in Washington DC.  Throughout those lectures i have found lawyers receptive, and interested, and can not remember anyone leaving one early.  The lawyers that I have known, over the last 55 years, have been serious, conscientious, dedicated and loyal to their clients, and dedicated to the Rule of Law.  But these are perilous times, when the rule of Law is in jeopardy.  Representative Democracy is fragile, and an experiment, after all, so each of us must do our part, to stand up, to uphold what our Founding Father fought and died to establish.”
