Why should people oppose making others pay for misbehavior? We teach our children that there are consequences for misbehavior. The “social contract” requires everyone to abide by rules, and violation of rules comes with a punishment. Why should Mitch McConnell, Lindsay Graham, Kelly Ann Conway, Bill Barr, Karoline Levitt, Sean Spicer, Jeff Sessions, Margaret Taylor Green, Bradley Byrne be any different? They have violated their oath of office, to “suck up” to Trump. We will see if they have forever destroyed American democracy. Shouldn’t thinking Americans SHUN them? Remember and talk about their misbehavior. Forever hang that legacy on them, and on their name. Why should politicians be treated differently from our children?
