Much has been written, and said, about the risk of losing out form of government,which is dedicated to the Rule of Law. Yes, I am concerned. No, more than concerned. I am worried. No, I am scared shitless. Our form of government was established based on “checks and balances”, between 3 EQUAL branches of our government. THREE. But the present administration has “packed” the Supreme Court with a sycophantic majority, has scared the shit out of Republicans in our Congress, so that now our ONE Executive Branch has full, unchecked power. When the Continental Congress send Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams to Europe to research history and political scientists for the best available form, for the New American Government, they explained that America had an egalitarian society, mostly gentleman farmers, all educated by newspapers, and all of the Middle Class, neither monarchical, there was no Upper Class, nor a lower class, no poor caste. Well that has been destroyed by Mitch McConnell and Donald Trump and the YES people of his administration. So, yes, America’ s Rule of Law is at risk, in jeopardy, teetering on The Abyss. And now, what are WE going to do about it?”
